Hot-dipped galvanized suspension subframe and landing jack mounting brackets eliminate corrosion. No surface maintenance or repainting of these components is required for the life of the trailer.
More economical than an aluminum subframe and retains the strength and longevity of steel.
The new Warren hot-dip galvanizing process begins with the completion of our jig-built suspension subframe. During the galvanizing process, the entire assembly is submerged and heated to 850 ° F in the cleaning and pre-treating tank.
The assembly is then lowered into molten zinc to ensure all interior and exterior surfaces are thoroughly coated in order to provide the utmost in corrosion protection.
